  14. Being picky?  Excellence comes from being picky.  The user interface
  15. is every bit as important as the function, especially in software
  16. for the common, non-technical user.  Still, it would indeed be a lower
  17. priority than fixing a bug or adding a needed feature.  Still, such
  18. changes may not take much time to implement on well-designed
  19. software.
